Natasha and Simon have been together for around four and a half years. They met and fell in love on the ski slopes of Mount Buller and never looked back since. Simon proposed to Natasha on a Friday night, at the end of her busy week. Simon had placed signs up in their chestnut orchard and when she arrived home, he suggested that they go for a walk together and have a glass of wine to relax after a busy week. As they approached the front of the property, in front of the signs, he got down on one knee and proposed. Natasha happily said yes through all her tears!
The wedding reflected the beauty of their incredible love with a relaxed, elegant and rustic aesthetic. The ceremony had a beautiful mountain view and their wedding bands were made by the bride and groom themselves at a jewellery workshop. The couple knew this was the perfect venue the moment they laid their eyes on it, after having seen over 15 other venues. The gorgeous wedding has a colour palette with lush and gentle green tones and deep red. The deep red tones can be seen in roses throughout the wedding, as well as, the breathtaking Australian native flowers.
